                                        Responsible to the complete start up of this new store.  I recruited, interviewed and trained my Executive staff of 6 Sales Managers.  Then, we as a  group hired and trained the Sales Team 40 people.  We assembled and laid in all the fixturing, merchandise and visual displays. And finally, we completed this process 10 days ahead of schedule, which allowed us to open earlier than planned.  We planned our own Grand Opening Celebration that included an Appearance by Marion Jones.

Responsible for the Sales, Service and Maintenance of the hard-line areas.  I manage a staff of 5 Team Leaders, and 30 Team Members. As the Leader on duty, I’m responsible for the entire store operation, which includes 10 executives and 250 Team Members. Mayor contributor to a successful turn around of this once troubled 50 million dollar store.
